Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based assignment serving the Medford area during the 2026–2027 school year. Assignment Details

• Location: Roseburg / Medford Area
• Contract Length: 43 Weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
• Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,240
• Weekly Stipend: $950
• Weekly Blended Pay: $2,190

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Support students’ mobility, strength, and functional independence goals

Requirements

• Active Oregon PT License (or eligibility)
• Relevant physical therapy experience required
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
