    Job Description

    ViaPath is currently seeking Client Administration Specialists to join our team in Sacramento, CA.  Under the direction of the Field Service Manager, but working largely independently without and/or limited direct supervision, handle all system and site administration duties, ensuring all internal processes, procedures, and contractual repair timelines are adhered.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Respond and research reported problems the same day as received so that there is a timely response to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding contractual obligations.
    • Check in daily with facility administration or designated customer point of contact to ensure problems, issues, or concerns regarding the repaired service/components are addressed in a timely manner so that positive client relationships are developed and maintained.
    • Assist warehouse team on an as-need basis with inventory and shipping/receiving.
    • Compile and maintain various reporting with services and components as required.
    • Perform other tasks, duties and projects as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in the field of telecommunications; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Previous experience with correctional environment is highly desired, but not required.
    • Effective communication skills, ability to write, speak and communicate fluently in the English language required; ability to do the same in other languages is a plus.
    • Ability to independently follow up on outstanding tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple customers.
    • Must be proficient with MS Office software and Windows based computers; extensive knowledge of Excel and Share Point is preferable. 
    • Experience working within the X-ray scanner and metal detector field is desired.
    • Must be available for rotating weekend coverage/call outs as scheduled.
    • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
    • Possible local travel to customer sites; must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
