We're partnering with a venture-backed client in the consumer transparency & testing platform space.
About the Role
We're hiring a GTM Engineer to build and operate the growth engine: identify the right customers, reach them at the right moment, and scale distribution of a platform brands rely on for testing/compliance. You'll own how pipeline is captured, prioritized, and converted across inbound, outbound, and product-led surfaces—working daily with the founding team on-site in Austin.
What You'll Do
- ****Make the sales team unstoppable: define the target account universe, keep data clean, score intent/timing, map whitespace, and own enrichment/deduplication/hygiene.
- Build and scale acquisition channels: run fast experiments, double down on winners, cut what doesn't work, and turn results into a repeatable playbook.
- Scale a product transparency panel: drive fast installs on client product pages (PDPs), instrument conversion impact, and expand coverage across SKUs/lines.
- Build the AI-native GTM stack: capture → enrich → score → route → attribute; make clear build-vs-buy calls; apply AI where it materially improves targeting, routing, and outreach; deliver clean attribution leaders trust.
What You'll Bring
****Strong SQL and Python (or similar scripting) for data modeling, scoring, and automation.
CRM architecture experience (HubSpot or Salesforce), lifecycle definitions, and routing rules.
Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier/Make/Workato) and vendor integrations.
Bias for action; comfort turning fuzzy growth problems into shipped systems
Sound judgment on build vs. buy and where AI adds real leverage.
Background in fast-growing SaaS/data platforms or similar high-velocity environments.
Nice to Have
- Segment/Hightouch/Census (CDP/Reverse-ETL), Fivetran/Airbyte (ELT), Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, dbt/Airflow.
- ****LeanData (or similar router), attribution frameworks, experimentation/A/B testing.
- Basic JS/HTML for onsite embeds; familiarity with Shopify/Headless/Woo; CRO/analytics tooling.
Values
- **** ****First principles thinking
- High-quality bar
- Bias for action
- Low ego, highly coachable
