    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a GTM Operations Manager to join a team dedicated to driving global business transformation initiatives and governing key global management, planning, and sales processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving a consistent operating rhythm at global level and across the Americas, EMEA, and J/APAC. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead change on a global scale, with a focus on driving the performance of strategic priorities as well as oversight of some of our core management processes.

    What you'll Do

    • Identification of operational improvements based on current processes and develop and implement strategies that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of key global management processes and business reviews.
    • Optimize sales processes and tooling, driving adoption globally while maintaining consistency across regional teams
    • Run and act as the point of contact for several of our global management processes
    • Work closely with our offshore Operations teams to ensure alignment with strategic GTM objectives and delivery support for our global management processes
    • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, building effective teams with project partners located in different regions to drive projects to completion
    • Leading multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and effectively prioritize the time between each

    What you need to succeed

    • Exceptional program management and influencing abilities, capable of inspiring change and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and using sales analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to draw out insights
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration across departments and regions.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with superb organizational skills, enabling effective project management and process optimization on a Global level.
    • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally & in writing
    • Comfortable working on multiple projects and able to shift priority as needed while maintaining high quality results
    • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work
    • Curiosity, initiative, and the desire to experiment

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $106,100 -- $220,650 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $152,400 - $220,650

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
