Job Description

Our client is in need of two recruiters to recruit for roles such as: event managers, and project managers for events. Our Client provides world-class event delivery, creative development, and technical production for a wide range of clients and international brands. This role will require being on-site one day a week in the NYC office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in hiring event managers and project managers
• Must live in the NYC area and be able to come on-site one day a week
• Proven track record of successful placements in the events industry
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
