Job Description
We have an AI-startup client who is looking for a GTM recruiter. This position is hybrid in either San Francisco or Palo Alto. It is a year-long contract with the strong possibility of converting in full-time. They are open to hiring remotely outside the Bay Area, but will not convert anyone not in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier GTM talent for our AI-startup client
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including initial screenings, technical evaluations, and cultural fit interviews
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and networking
