Job Description

GTM Sales LLC is in the business of consulting Veterans on their medical disability rating. We are one of the leading companies in our field. We are hiring talented sales professionals to join our team.

Our Sales Consultants are the first point of contact with our clients. We are looking for professional, confident and energetic sales consultants to schedule appointments using our success-proven lead system. Our Sales Consultants are expected to learn our system, make a minimum of 80 calls per day and set 3 appointments per day. We offer an hourly + bonus pay, and all consultants are fully trained. There is opportunity for rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Contact Company provided leads to set qualified appointments
• Communicate with clients by phone, text and email to understand their needs
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various services
• Establish relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales
• Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
• Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals
• Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales in CRM and tracking data in excel or google sheets

Qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing
• Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales reports and manage other tasks independently
• Reliable transportation to work
• Clean background check
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation.
