Job Description
Overview:
This experienced, highly motivated, process-driven professional reports to directly to the Director of Operations. This role manages critical business-supporting applications for our client and requires an individual that understands the IT Managed Services space, business controls, and has an aptitude for technical support. This individual drives company success by working directly with all department leaders on continual process improvement to maximize efficiencies leveraging internal application toolsets. This position will safeguard and enforce data integrity to ensure timely and accurate information is accessible to all departments. This job role requires the ability to pivot to a multitude of areas within a given workday while still maintaining excellence in job output.
Responsibilities:
Primary administration of ConnectWise Manage
Troubleshooting and Support: POC for emergencies, outages, and day-to-day needs
Upgrades and patches, release notes, scheduled outages, change management, mass maintenance, scripting
Processes and controls: best practices, board creation/use, ticket/project templates
Automation & Workflow: workflow rules, StreamlineIT, email connectors, security roles, API’s, user accounts
Settings: Work roles, work types, status, type, subtypes, billable types, year-end activities, companies/contacts
System Integrations: RMM tools, IT Glue configurations, vendor/distribution tools
“My Company” settings: Structure, Groups, department settings, custom fields
Setup tables, customizations, report writer, authentication settings, CW Knowledgebase
Training additional admins, overseeing all changes, Migrations and mergers, CW Sandbox
IT Glue
Exports, backups, runbooks, data/password scrubbing
Organizations, documentation structure, flex assets
Security controls, permissions
Cleanup, maintenance, CW-ITG Sync, data import/export
Training additional admins, overseeing all changes, migrations and mergers
Emergencies and day-to-day support
Brightgauge / Congnition360: Dashboards, gauges, filters, maintenance, reports, users, permissions, data sources, emergencies, and day-to-day support
Administration of other applications or integrations, including: Smileback, Hubspot, Nilear, Desk Director
Data analysis: Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, identifying trends and patterns that could be used for predictive support development
Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Collaborating with engineers and departmental leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications.
Education:
5+ years working for a Managed Services Provider or related business experience
Administrative level experience with the Connectwise suite of utilities, especially Manage and Sell
Experience with one or both: IT Glue and Brightgauge
Understanding/experience with SQL, SQL Query writing, and Power BI is a big plus

Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
Excellent communication skills, team player, able to promote positivity and company values
