GTN Technical Staffing is currently looking for an Accountant to join our team! We are seeking an experienced Accountant who is looking for an opportunity to become an integral part of a fast growing IT Staffing and Services company who has seen high growth and continues to expand. • Technical skills that include reviewing and preparing individual and business tax returns and assisting with the billing process
• Process taxes and garnishments related to bi-weekly payroll for 350+ W2 employees and 100+ incorporated consultants (domestic and international) – salaried, hourly and commissioned
• Bi-weekly invoicing for temporary contract labor based on approved time sheets.
• Estimate foreign exchange needs and purchase currency forward contracts for five foreign currencies and initiate international wire transfers
• Group insurance administration (withholding deductions and submitting premiums, reviewing forms, adding and deleting enrollees, comparing plans, etc.)
• Full charge bookkeeping with an emphasis on payroll invoicing / AR, and AP (in that order).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in an accounting role
• MS Excel, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP’s
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro & current tax software(s)
• Tax expertise at state and federal levels
• Multi-client bookkeeping service
• Preparing, reviewing, and processing payroll for 250+ employees
• Invoicing pay periods and expense reports
• A/R collects, bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger

• Google Sheets
• ERP Systems: Ease Central, Paycor, Ariba, Bullhorn, HelloSign, FieldNation
• Timesheet systems: ACRO, SAP Fieldglass, Vendorpass, WorkMarket, WAND, Fieldnation
