Role can be based anywhere. JD: People Development Coordinator At Lyft, our people are our greatest asset. As a member of the People Development team, you will play a key role in building our culture of continuous learning by helping to develop a portfolio of programs impacting individuals, teams and functions across the company. In this role you will support our learning and development efforts for our Individual Contributor, Manager and Executive populations across all offices, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and maintain scalable learning opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage training delivery logistics and event management including calendaring, scheduling, event registration, LMS management, materials, etc. Organize and track purchases and receipts to keep learning and development aligned and on target with overall budget Assist with Purchase Orders, invoices, payments, and partner with Oracle and Financial partners to manage spend/budgets Manage program communication and outreach for the team on budget, purchase order, expense, and financial matters. Be a steward of people development related data, such as updating attendance records, organizing files, etc. Apply data driven approach to continuously find ways to improve learning and development offerings and processes EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Minimum qualifications 2+ years of work experience in program coordination or a related field Excellent organizational and planning skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines Preferred qualifications: Intermediate experience with Excel / Google Spreadsheet Intermediate experience with Zoom / Google Hangouts Intermediate experience with Oracle Cloud / Financial tracking software Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
