REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 6-8 years of job-related experience required, and within the CPG industry is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related.
Systems: Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementation (MS Dynamics 365 or AX preferred)
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong Attention to detail; passion for accuracy and granular details
Ability to prioritize effectively and meet multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able tailor message to a variety of audiences
Partner collaboratively and places a premium on team success over individual accomplishments
Critical thinking, and affinity for proactively identifying solutions versus stating problems
Data analysis, ability to draw insights from data and make data-based recommendations to the business
Problem-solving; ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of functional, system based and security driven issues

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary objective of the BSA, Finance & Sales is to support the Finance and Sales organizations by analyzing and improving the efficiency of the Company’s ERP system, maximizing system capabilities. This position will evaluate and understand business problems and translate needs into solutions, making recommendations to Leadership on matters that have significant profitability and efficiency ramifications.
