We are offering a salary structure for this position that includes a salary base along with commission opportunity when business initiatives and Key Performance Indicators are met.Our MissionOur mission is to provide emergency and restoration services to our customers during a time of crisis and to exceed customer expectations with a focus on compassion, urgency, and by treating every home or business as if it were our own.Our VisionWe are striving to be the benchmark for restoration and mitigation services in Southwest Florida while remaining on the cutting edge of technology, exceeding customer expectations, and building credibility within our industry.Core ValuesMentoring - Taking an active interest in the growth, development, and success of othersIntegrity - “Walk the talk”; authenticity in decisions and actions; open about failuresCaring - Genuine interest in others that comes from inner valuesTruth - Courageous conversation; speaking openly; minimizing politics; willingness to disclose; truth controls actionsJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage up to 25-40 reconstruction projects at various phases of construction – from job signing to final payment collectionInspect rooms, roofs, attics, crawl spaces, etc. and possess the ability to lift 75 poundsEstimate claims and negotiate contracts with the home/business owners and insurance adjustersDetermine the cause of loss and likelihood of insurance coverage communicating issues to upper management, insurance adjusters and owners as neededCommunicate the progress of each project to staff members, adjusters and homeowners via email, text message and project management software (Dash)Utilize company adopted application for photo documentation Expand insurance adjuster and subcontractor databasePrepare permit documentation/NOC for submission by permitting expeditor.Approve payment of invoices associated with your jobs.Collect and process all payments from the insurance company/owner/mortgage company. Home office will assist with mortgage process. Obtain signatures as needed on paperwork and checks on a timely basis.Obtain Completion Certificate and letter of referral from homeowner after completion of a job.Follow-up and correct any warranty items.Promote job safety.Update job progress in the Management System (Dash) with detailed notes per client and company’s guidelinesAttend scheduled monthly company meetingsOther duties as assigned by managementSkills & QualificationsConstruction management experience requiredDetail oriented and ability to multi-taskClear and concise written and verbal skillsAbility to interact well with peers, adjusters and property ownersComputer literate and ability to operate a mobile deviceExperience Writing Xactimate And Symbility Estimates Is PreferredIICRC certifications: carpet cleaning, water, mold, fire, bio, etc. - preferredMust have reliable transportationAbility to sell, run and close jobs out from beginning to finishPass background, drug test and possess acceptable driving recordsGeneral project management skills: attention to detail, ability to show leadership, have accountability, communicate timely, solve problems, self-motivate, create and maintain schedules, multitask, and organized within GCRC standards.Benefits & PerksOngoing training and development and a business casual work environment.We offer medical insurance reimbursement with 50% of employee premium paid by the company.The company provides the following paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
