We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer for our Greater Middlesex County location. As a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and delivering exceptional fitness training services to all our clients. You will use your extensive fitness knowledge and results-driven experience to promote our brand and create personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs. Building rapport with prospective clients during assessments is essential, and you will confidently present our services, address concerns, close sales and actively drive new business. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and train other coworkers, contributing to their growth and development.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and close sales
Securing B2B partnerships
Conduct sessions in the convenience of clients' own home, workplace or setting of choice
Actively participate in the client satisfaction and results process to ensure ongoing business
Create customized programming for private, semi-private, or group instruction
Maintain detailed session notes to track progress and ensure high-quality service
Requirements:
Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
Current CPR/AED certification.
3-5 years of sales experience
Demonstrate knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for empowering clients to achieve their fitness aspirations.
Flexibility to travel to clients' homes and accommodate variable schedules.
