As a fresh face in the flooring world, Gaia is building a brand that our customers and end users can be satisfied with. As a young company, we are seeking an organized individual who will help to structure the foundation of our Marketing Department.
Ultimately, we’re seeking a Marketing Manager who is a motivated, self-starter that will excel at building our brand and our visibility. We need a strong leader who will create marketing campaigns that are aligned with company goals. Strong communication will also be vital in this role. You will help to create transparency in the marketing department so that relevant departments are aware of timelines, deadlines, and other important information.
Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
Maintain a high level of accountability in scheduling meetings with upper management to obtain approvals. Ensure upper management always understands the business plans and current projects of the marketing department.
Maintain communication across departments to ensure goals are aligned.
Propose, implement, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns.
Align marketing campaigns with company goals.
Create marketing strategies based on marketing budgets.
Perform market research to understand trends and preferences.
Understand target markets and perform segmentation accordingly.
Perform integrated marketing.
Help to maintain our company’s website.
Track customer acquisition costs and other relevant KPIs.
Perform or delegate design work as needed.
Cultivate a marketing team based on business needs. Organize and define their goals and job structure. Set expectations and monitor their performance accordingly to ensure the team succeeds and meets goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
3+ Years of experience in a Marketing Management role
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of relevant KPIs
Ability to track the success of campaigns using proper metrics
Knowledge of Google Drive, Gmail, and MS Office Suite
