Responsibilities: Oversee online and print marketing efforts Buy materials for the office when necessary Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel • Communicate with clients, in person, and on the phone • Answer phones, providing great customer service to clients, including case updates contained in internal systems • Calendar appointments for prospective new clients, and current clients • Document client communications • Review client accounts and collect on payments • Scan and file documents in electronic and physical files Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Prior experience working in a law office is strongly preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to multi-tasked • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to complete office tasks • Motivated individual eager to learn • Detailed-oriented and organized Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
