    Key Responsibilities:

    This position is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and monitoring Quality Management System (QMS) processes. This includes leading skilled people, and identifying and implementing business process improvements that will drive the company’s business performance and Quality innovation. Incumbent provides technical expertise on Quality Systems standards and processes to team members and direct reports that support the product realization phase.

    Ensures programs and processes are aligned and maintained in accordance with (ISO9001:2018, AS9100D) or similar standard (IATF16949:2016).

    • Establish and maintain company QMS to the appropriate standards.
    • Lead the NRB (resolution of incidents/complex quality issues) by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements such as route cause analysis, PPS, PFMEA, etc
    • Leading and supporting the process of Non-conformities Management
    • Participating in the definition of the actions of risk mitigation,
    • Coordinating quality actions for Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors.
    • Analyses quality failures to improve the quality control of processes in pre-production and production
    • Process performance and product adherence to standards
    • Reliability & Repeatability of processes
    • Control Plan leader - SPC: Ensure the implementation of the quality inspection plan and its follow-up
    • APQP leader: deployment of this preventive planning approach on our process changes (MOD, projects, rate change...)
    • P-FMEA: Participate with the ME in the analysis of PROCESS failure modes and their effects
    • PPV (Production Process Verification): Validate the capability of production processes (conformity to a design)
    • RRA (Repair & Rework Agreement), Quality Focal Point: Ensure the implementation and application of the process from a quality point of view
    • Lead CAPA, Investigation, and Deviation systems. Includes, facilitating the closure of items with the applicable departments to ensure completion and timely resolution.
    • Responsible for tracking and trending aspects of the QMS and provide reports to management identifying risks and trends on a routine basis.
    • Continuously monitor and review systems and procedures for adherence to regulatory compliance, quality improvements, efficiency and industry best practices. Provide compliance support and expertise for QA department.
    • Participate in compliance remediation plans and implementation.
    • Assists with the generation and/or revision of SOP documentation.
    • Leader of Internal / External audits.
    • Works cross-functionally with departments to implement, review and improve upon QMS metrics.
    • Ensures required training are performed and documented;
    • Train/mentor colleagues/peers in relation to departmental objectives and responsibilities to QMS.
    • Other duties as assigned

      • Lead Auditor Certification (AS9100D or similar standard IATF16949:2016)
    • Bachelor's degree in quality or technical field or related business field, or equivalent level of experience.
    • Minimum 5 years QMS experience.
    • Previous experience in manufacturing (assembly integration and test)
    • Experience in working in a dynamic environment is required,
    • English : Negotiation level ; French would be a plus
    • Business orientation / result-orientated working style
    • Used to interface and collaborate with other business functions (like production, test, and engineering).
    • Availability for International Travel (France)
    • Willingness to work flexible hours
