The Job

*Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required*

Lead technical strategy and own the customer interface for engineering in support of the world-class L3Harris interference canceller product line. Analyze market conditions and forecast trends, examine our position against the competition, and develop an executable strategy for growing the business. Lead the marketing effort, educate customers, guide the product roadmap, and champion key initiatives. Work cross-functionally to influence teams to successfully execute the product strategy. Analyze customer mission needs and apply available technology elements to architect winning solutions. Prepare clear and compelling technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.

Functions:

• Present clearly and concisely to customers and internal leadership
• Write technical responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Architect cosite interference mitigation solutions
• Lead internal teams to develop best value, optimized solutions
• Develop technology roadmap and advocate for internal investment for strategic technology advancement
• Perform market, competitor, and capability analysis for strategic planning
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Act as primary technical point of contact for customers
• Represent primary voice of the customer to internal teams
• Establish intra-company and industry teams for joint pursuits
• Develop and maintain marketing plan and materials

   

  Qualifications:

• Active Secret security clearance required
• 15+ years RF system design and analysis experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field
• New business capture experience

Preferred Skills:

• Team leadership experience
• MS in Engineering or equivalent field
• Cosite interference mitigation experience
• Interference canceller architecture and design experience
• Knowledge of electronic warfare technologies and techniques
• Knowledge of tactical communications technologies and techniques
• Experience developing product/technology roadmaps
• Product management experience
