About the Opportunity:

As a nurse manager, you will coordinate the activities on the nursing unit with responsibility for results including costs, methods and staffing for 24-hour nursing operations within the L&D department. You are responsible for operational performance, quality, service environment and regulatory compliance. This position also covers the OBGYN clinic in Florence.

Candidates are expected to be proficient with:

• Leading a team of nurses, including: supervision of personnel, staff performance, and staffing operations
• Providing high level of positive patient outcomes
• Several years of L&D experience, with additional experience in OBGYN clinics preferred

Required:

• An active OR RN license or willingness to obtain one
• At least two years of leadership experience (can be RN Manager, Assistant Manager, or Charge experience)
• BSN, MSN preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certs
• At least five years experience in L&D
