Responsibilities: • Greet customers with a smile, maintain a professional appearance, escalate customer complaints to the service advisor if needed • Interpret and articulate costs and fees to customers to ensure a thorough understanding of the amount owed • Take ownership of the cash register to verify that all daily amounts and totals are accurate • Resolve unpaid, declined, or otherwise outstanding payments for services rendered and document transactions in the dealership computer system • Assist with general front desk clerical duties such as managing office supply inventory, keeping the cashier window area clean, and patching callers through to the appropriate contacts • Filing Qualifications: • Experience handling money and payments in a service cashier role preferred • Fundamental math skills are necessary to successfully calculate payments and fees, reconcile outstanding billing, and issue refunds • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people is essential • Possession of a valid driver’s license • Solid reading comprehension skills and a proven track record of accurately following directions are required Compensation: $16 hourly
