Job Description
SUMMARY: Gale Healthcare Solutions is seeking four new healthcare recruiters to work in our office, which is located in the 281 and 1604 Corridor area. A successful recruiter will conduct full life-cycle recruitment and onboarding for RN, LPN, and CNA candidates for PRN/Per-diem positions. The recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and working clinicians.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create a pipeline and conduct full life-cycle recruitment:
Develop sourcing strategies in partnership with leadership, as well as candidate pipelines, for assigned regions and positions to attract and engage new candidates.
Consult and confer with Market Managers and other key stakeholders in the recruiting life cycle.
Debrief hiring manager and candidates throughout the hiring process, maintain candidate relations and ensure engagement. Conduct onboarding for newly hired clinicians

Requirements EDUCATION: High school diploma required; Associates/Bachelors preferred.
EXPERIENCE: One year full life-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
