As a Market Manager I teammate, you join a team of individuals who are quite literally transforming the face of healthcare and benefiting so many lives. As a Market Manager I, you are responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, building a rapport with a team of clinicians, and executing a plan that helps developers to build your market and see the reward of your accomplishments.

Specific Responsibilities
Client Management / Market Development – activities such as:
· Maintaining a strong rapport with client sites, communicating regularly.
· Onboarding, training, and ensuring a successful launch of new client sites.
· Understanding client-specific needs and requirements, ensuring Gale delivers effectively.
· Maintaining and reviewing facility performance reports with clients on a regular basis.
· Handling and/or properly escalating client issues, concerns, or risks.
· Collaborating with Market Director and Sales Team to identify sales opportunities.
· Building competitor intel and plan for growing the market.
Clinician Team Development & Engagement – activities such as:
· Identifying recruiting needs and coordinating with recruiting team to build the team.
· Maintains an accurate roster of clinicians with the work status of each clinician.
· Assisting in the onboarding, training, and successful engagement of new clinicians.
· Addressing clinician performance concerns and coordinating with HR as appropriate.
· Communicating with clinicians regularly to build culture, rapport, and engagement.
· Maintain all records within the Gale systems
Financial Management – activities such as:
· Helping to address client invoicing or collections issues.
· Reviewing, analyzing, and addressing financial challenges and opportunities.
· Ensuring market margins remain steady or improve.
Team – activities such as:
· Operating largely independently, reporting to a Market Director/Market Manager.
· Serving on and contributing as a member of the broader Market Management team.
· Taking on-call, providing 24-hour coverage for a market, as may be required on occasion.
· Coordinating with Gale Marketing team to customize messaging for the market.
· Serving as an advocate and champion of Gale in the market.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communications, or a nursing degree.
· 2+ years in client management, sales, recruiting, staffing, or project management roles.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent active listening skills.
· Demonstrated organizational skills, task management, multi-tasking, and follow-through.
· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
· Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred
· Strong preference for Long-Term Care facility staffing or management experience
· Healthcare industry and/or staffing industry experience
· Multi-language
