    Gale Healthcare Solutions is a Credentialing Tech Company based in Tampa, FL. GHS has created proprietary technology that matches credentialed staff with client needs. By leveraging technology GHS is poised to grow nationwide but needs your help! There are several open roles that are being covered by internal staff but could easily be carved out into individual roles.

    This is the basic job description for OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    As part of the GHS team, the OSS assists in the detailed day to day administration of the GHS operation. This includes supporting recruiters (Prophecy Testing, ShiftWise Entry, Job Posting), assisting with badges/pay cards, small admin projects from clients (supplemental credential request), internal admin needs. The OSS is a “go-to” person in the office for a variety of tasks and projects that are administrative in nature.

    OSS's may also involve answering calls, updating clinician profiles, taking a credentialed clinician, and orienting them to the Gale Healthcare culture and reaffirm expectations set by a recruiter. OSS's may also get new hires booked for their first shift. They may also follow up to ensure they are actively working, troubleshooting any issues.

    This role helps everyone else focus on doing their job while the OSS eagerly manages tasks that shouldn’t be on Recruiter’s plates.

    REQUIRED:

    • 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CALL CENTER, IDEALLY WITHIN A HEALTHCARE SETTING
    • 6 MONTHS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    • 6 MONTHS OF DATA ENTRY
