    Gale Healthcare Solutions is a Credentialing Company based in Tampa, FL OFTEN CALLED THE "UBER "OF HEALTHCARE STAFFING. GHS has created proprietary technology that matches credentialed staff with client needs. By leveraging technology GHS is poised to grow nationwide but needs your help! There are several open roles that are being covered by internal staff but could easily be carved out into individual roles.

    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR STAFFING SUPPORT SPECIALISTS

    As part of the GHS team, the SSR administers the Gale platform. Simply put, the SSS helps Gale to be 100% effective at booking shifts. The SSS is the face behind Gale. The SSS is the human and humane component of the system that does everything within its span of control to get the shift booked.

    Job Duties:

    SSS’s monitor what shifts have not already been covered by Gale. SSS’s sole mission should be to fill the shift not filled automatically. A proactive “old school” approach is often needed to fill waiting shifts, late call-out shifts, no call/no-show shifts, and late calls for support from the facility. The SSS must use a litany of approaches and tools to get coverage for the previously listed shift scenarios. The SSS must also advise and empower facilities that haven’t fully adopted the technology to ensure that they have Gale profiles and appropriate training on how to use the Gale Platform. The SSS must be responsive to phone calls and texts. You will be handling on average 200 calls per shift.
