    Job Description

    The HR Systems Administrator is a key member of our People Team at Galileo Learning. You will play an integral role in supporting the operations of our People Services, Professional Development & Training, and Talent Acquisition teams. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the systems across our team, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and user-friendly.

    ** YOU WILL**

    • Support users and help streamline workflows across multiple platforms, including our Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters), HRIS + Payroll system (ADP Workforce Now), and Learning Management System (Spoke).
    • Manage candidate and employee data with a focus on data integrity. Coordinate with People team leaders to ensure accurate and timely HR reporting through on-demand dashboards and schedule reports.
    • Collaborate with other members of the People team to identify improvements and enhancements to existing systems, policies, and procedures, including recommendations and implementation solutions.
    • As the Systems Administrator for all HR platforms, manage and design stakeholder permissions, access, personalization, dashboards, workflows, and similar system operations and settings for all HR systems/ platforms.
    • Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, Operations and Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR systems and database design and implementation projects.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve HR system-related issues and create resources for “self-service” problem-solving for the team.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve HR systems and technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on automation, scalability, and user experience.
    • Own ongoing team training and create & update resources to build deeper systems competency in our team.

    COMPENSATION

    We anticipate the compensation for this Full-Time, exempt position to be $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary. Exact compensation may vary and will be based on multiple factors, including geography and professional experience.

    ** WORK LOCATION**

    Remote, work-from-home location is possible in the following states: California, Colorado, Illinois, and Washington.

    Employees located in the San Francisco Bay area adhere to a hybrid office and work-from-home policy. Galileo Headquarters is located at 111 Myrtle St, Ste 300, Oakland, CA 94607.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required
    • 2+ years of experience in HR systems management in a 1000+ employee organization
    • 1+ years of experience with ADP WorkForce Now preferred but not required
    • 1+ year of experience as an ATS administrator in a high-volume recruiting environment
    • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HR software.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Having worked in summer camps, education, or similar organizations is a plus!
