Job Description
Galileo is looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Field Operations Manager. As Galileo grows our presence and sites throughout Southern California, this role will be instrumental in creating a best-in-class staff experience for our Camp Directors and summer staff, which in turn will create an exceptional camp experience for our valued families. The Field Program Manager will support camp operations and marketing across the region.

COMPENSATION
We anticipate the compensation for this Full-Time, exempt, position to be $70,000 - $85,000. Exact compensation may vary and will be based on multiple factors, including geography and professional experience.

Southern California; greater Los Angeles or Orange County area.
This is a remote, work-from-home role, based in Southern California. Travel in and around the region is required to attend regular events year-round, and conduct camp site visits throughout the Summer.
