Job Description

We are a small locally owned company looking for a mortgage loan processor. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. 

• Maintains contact with loan customer, communicating progress of loan and obtaining any required documentation

• Answers customer calls and walk- in customers to discuss various loan products and qualification information

• Completes mortgage documentation for submission to closing attorney's

• Process post closing files and inputting information into loan system

• Escrow for property taxes and insurance

• Insurance tracking for mortgage loan and rental properties obtained by company

Skills and Competencies

• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of mortgage products
• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills

Position Type/Benefits

• 40 hour work week(8-5) Can be flexible with hours if needed
