Welder (Pressure Vessel)

We are in search for candidates that have min 2-5 year of experience working in fabrication with good knowledge of welding on pressure vessels, tanks, bottles, manways, nozzles, and saddle supports. We are a ASME pressure vessel fabricator that cater to the Petrochem industry, along with various vessel products. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of utilizing the following welding applications:

Work Experience
• Must - SMAW
• Occasional - GMAW or FCAW
• Ability gouge for repairs
• Blueprint Reading/Interpretation
• Material Knowledge
• Pressure Vessel Codes/Standards
• Understanding Safety Protocols
• Analog and digital equipment
• Operating overhead crane
• Welding Techniques

Duties/Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members and other departments
• Ensure compliance with industry codes (ASME BPVC Section VIII)
• Follow proper welding procedures
• Identify/address welding-related challenges
• Perform various welding techniques
• Prepare materials for welding
• Select/prepare filler materials
• Set up and operate welding equipment
