**Hiring Processor
** · Personnel activities, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, talent development, employment transactions, policy compliance, and other related personnel functional areas.
· Manage new employees by screening, interviewing, and follow-up during probationary period.
· New hire applications, W-4, I-9 and other important documents etc.
· Orientates new employees by providing information and direction, job details and answering questions.
· Track new employee processes and support new employees by resolving problems.
· Provide reports by retrieving data from HR database; setting-up special queries.
· Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements on all new hire documents.
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
· Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed from the HR department
· Proficient in DISA, HASC, and all Safety council scheduling.
· Managing and scheduling out of town accommodations for new hires including lodging, airfare and rental car reservations.
