MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING AUTO AND HOME INSURANCE! The Insurance Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to insurance agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, quote & issue auto and home insurance, draft letters & reports, and other additional duties as directed by the agent or associates. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

• Process customer policy change requests.

• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Take premium payments from customers.

• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AUTO AND HOME INSURANCE.
• MUST HAVE A TEXAS P & C INSURANCE LICENSE or obtain one within 60 days.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
