PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES
Performs and documents incoming, in process, and finished goods inspections per inspection instructions based on ANSI sampling plans. This position ensures that inspections are thorough and accurate, timelines are met, and results are well documented and reported in the appropriate format.
SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
Experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality Control is preferred.
Associate's degree or equivalent applicable work experience is a plus.
Computer literate, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook specifically) and evaluated via proficiency test.
Position requires a person who is meticulous and quality conscious; motivated and creative problem solver.
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Fast learner with excellent time management skills.
Possess creative problem solving skill with the ability to work in a team environment.
Work environment ( include physical requirements)
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds required.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Use of eye protection required.
Some travel may be required between Galvion facilities.
