Gambuzza's Barbershop is looking to add a Technical Team Lead to our Arbor Trails location in South Austin. The Technical Team Lead is responsible for technical training (hair cutting, technique, shave) and continued education to our Barbers and Hair Stylists within the Barbershop. They will ensure that all TM’s are consistently offering World Class Service and following the Rituals. The Technical Team Lead will work together with the General Manager to organize training, onboarding of new Team Members, and all other technical purposes. When not training, the Technical Team Lead will be required to cut on the floor as a Stylist.Text “Shave” to 25000 to join the Gambuzza Team and our assistant Caroline will get you scheduled for an interview today! Primary Duties:

Develop and train new Team Members

Create and maintain technical training calendar

Stay current with the latest industry trends (hair cutting, shaves, technique)

Continued training and education with Team Members on world class service and processes

Requirements:

Cosmetology or Barber license required

A passion delivering exceptional, world class service

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong technical skills (hair cutting, shaves, technique)

Passion to teach & coach various personality types with patience & understanding

Physical mobility & stamina; ability to stand for up to eight hours while performing services
