Job Summary

We are seeking a Game Tavern Steward to join our team! As a Game Tavern Steward, you will be working in the tavern each day to bartend, occasionally prepare food, and work behind the counter to create made-to-order cocktails. You will also maintain a clean, safe working environment by staying on top of dishes, cleaning the bar and preparation areas, and keeping the tavern itself clean and tidy. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working on your feet for long stretches of time.

Responsibilities

Preparing sandwiches, pizzas, and finger foods for the tavern

Restock food and consumables as needed

Serve customers and assist them with the menu and or specials.

Maintain a clean work environment at all times

Follow all food safety guidelines

Work the cash register and accept payment for food

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Familiarity with best practices when it comes to food safety desired

The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
