    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    This position will be assisting both the Wholesale & Retail Divisions of GC + SOHO Brands, LL with daily administrative tasks including but not limited to: data entry, contacting customers, phone support, CS Team support, web team assistance, and general office support.

    In this role, you will assist both the wholesale and retail teams; including supporting the team, working with different departments, and providing excellent administrative and light duty support in office.

    You will serve as the internal CS support lead to our external CS team for all phone and/or escalated CS issues. This includes everything from a quick call to researching the issue and following up on any potential problems via email or phone.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answers all phone calls for the company/office headquarters
    • Manage all GC Wholesale Shopify customer service via phone, email or Social Media, including but not limited to production, shortages/overages, SKU issues, fulfillment/shipping errors or lost packages
    • Serve as lead point of contact for ShopTheSoho’s external CS team.
    • Provide phone, email, support for ShopTheSoho retail customers by resolving customer inquiries, including working to answer high volume customer service emails and phone calls in season.
    • Escalate and/or redirect calls/tickets/chats to applicable departments - only as needed
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory availability, quantity pricing, purchasing instructions, order statuses, return/refund requests, and other similar matters
    • Work with the shipping department to review online orders and ensure accuracy of all information; contact customers to resolve any issues pertaining to their orders
    • Participate in social media engagement by interacting with followers on Instagram
    • Consistently reach out to VIP customers via phone, email or Social Media to improve customer retention and experience
    • Assist in updating product navigation on the GC Wholesale Shopify store
    • Upload weekly new drops on the website, update product changes and inventory
    • Assist in preparing merchandise for photo shoots, development and general organization through the office
    • Data Entry - Handle all product submissions and resubmissions for licensing via the appropriate portals
    • Entering a variety of data and information into various computer systems; providing information on departmental programs, policies and procedures; filing documents, reports and correspondence; maintaining filing system
    • Assist with general duties for creative/photography, marketing, licensing, web & merchandising teams as needed
    • Serve as the internal point of contact for all remote employees
    • Welcome all visitors (rare) and send/receive all mail and packages

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
    • 3+ years working professional experience
    • Ability to interact with all customers, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
    • Must be proficient in computer including MS Office, including Excel
