Job Description

We are seeking a volunteer recruiting support specialist to join our recruiting team. You will support our recruiting and onboarding efforts by providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our GFL community and volunteers. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working, and interested in entering the recruiting field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Updating the appropriate volunteer spreadsheets
2. Engaging with GFL community members and assisting them with community onboarding 
3. Monitoring the HR recruiting inbox and spreadsheets to ensure the volunteers sign the proper paperwork

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Able to donate approx.5-10 hrs. a week for a minimum of 6 months
2. Experience with Discord 
3. Proficient in G-Suite
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong teamwork skills
6. Good organizational and time management skills
