Producers are the beacon in the storm of creativity, making sense of the chaos and complexity of development, and ensuring the herculean efforts of many disparate groups coalesce into success. A producer endeavors to organize and coordinate all the moving parts of development to ensure the process is running smoothly so the team can get their work done. They are not the boss but rather a partner and advocate for the team, making sure every idea is noted, every meeting is supported, and expectations are clear.
Producers work closely with teams of talented artists, designers, programmers, external partners and more. Every day we face challenges that require excellent communication, organization, management and problem solving skills. It is your job to own these challenges so the team can continue making terrific games that we all love.
