Position Overview:
Stateline Grocery & More LLC is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Gaming & Store Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, assisting with lottery and gaming operations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in both the store and gaming areas
Operate cash register, lottery terminals, and point-of-sale systems
Monitor gaming room activity and enforce compliance with age and conduct policies
Check customer identification to ensure compliance with gaming laws
Stock shelves, coolers, and gaming supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and gaming areas
Assist with general store upkeep, including sweeping, trash removal, and restocking
Report any suspicious activity or issues to management promptly
Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Comfortable enforcing rules and policies in a professional manner
