As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE you will be the face of GANAS AUTO and your primary mission will be to ensure our customers always have a one-of-a-kind experience in our dealerships, during and after the sale process. You are expected to go above and beyond for our customers and help improve their quality of life through vehicle ownership.

Your responsibilities:

• Greet new walk-in customers, listen to them, and ask the right questions to determine their needs.
• Demonstrate our vehicle inventory, their features, join our customers in a test drive and help them find the car of their dreams.
• Educate our customers on our financing options and help them select the right financing plan for them.
• Process application and loan paperwork, accurately and efficiently using AutoMas.
• Update the company’s application and servicing systems to complete the sale and loan onboarding process.
• Build and maintain - even after the sale – a good working relationship with our customers.
• Work with your team to reach individual and store goals.

The ideal Ganas Customer Service Representative will be:

• An energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, and happy person.
• High School Diploma is required; College degree is highly preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales.
• A bilingual person that feels comfortable interacting with our customers in Spanish and English.
• Valid Driver’s License, with a good driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale.
• Computer and technical skills. Comfortable to complete deal actions in the AutoMas system.
• Be able to work flexible, fulltime schedule, weekends and holidays
