JOB SUMMARY
The Instructional Designer provides expertise in course design, course development, and the integration of educational technology tools. The Instructional Designer will work collaboratively with subject matter experts to design and create interactive and accessible learning materials and activities that support established learning outcomes. The Instructional Designer will also provide training to faculty in the elements of quality instructional design, accessibility, and the use of various technology tools.

ADVERTISED SALARY RANGE
Salary range for this position is $53,571 - $60,000, commensurate with education and experience. AP 3-45 provides information regarding salary placement and adjustments. This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position. This position has been exempted from the State Classified System.

Required Skills Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience or a technical degree and 1 year of experience. Basic PLC/CNC knowledge is a plus. The ability to read to read tape measures and efficiently operate all other required measuring devices is also required. Candidates best suited for this role will have a proven ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. Basic ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required for safety purposes.
