Project management support for one or more projects, including RFI’s, submittals, pre-op meetings, material delivery logs, miscellaneous buyouts, quality control, and preparing schedules with input from project team. Additionally, coordinate and run Subcontractor, Owner and Consigli team meetings on site.
Required Skills
- Capable of negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong initiative and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in Timberline PM Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Functional understanding of Schedule software
- Knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, requisitions, changes and sequences
Required Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar;
- 3+ years’ experience within the construction field in project management, or similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with Procore Software;
- Knowledge of industry safety standards;
