POSITION SUMMARY

Perform daily tasks and assignments to support various Electronic Banking functions. Complete tasks according to the standards, policies and procedures of the bank and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Electronic Banking functions in an efficient and timely manner.  These functions include, but are not limited to: password and token resets, Online Banking setups (both consumer and business), Online Banking maintenance, research, transaction monitoring, quality control review, Mobile Banking, alerts, ACH, wire transfers, Bank by Mail and Bill Pay.
• Address and resolve questions or problems using the Bank’s Sales Management System and by telephone, assisting customers, branches, internal colleagues and department staff. Inquiries may be direct, or may be escalated from a branch office or from the Customer Service Center.
• Actively contribute to the Electronic Banking department’s delivery of a high level of customer service to external and internal customers.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency, quality control and compliance for branch and electronic operations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Bank deposit related products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience in a financial electronic operations department or retail banking

SKILLS

• Proficiency with banking core processing systems
• Proficiency with common office software

PREFERENCES

• Strong knowledge of online banking, fraud, as well as ACH & Wire Transfers
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and FIS core processing products
• Multilingual skills and/or multicultural perspective

Required Skills Required Experience

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• RN License

• B.S.N; M.S.N. preferred.

• Certification in wound care as a Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN), Certified Wound, Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) or Wound Care Certified (WCC) is preferred.
