    CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

    Under the direction of the Outpatient Services Division Director, the Clinical Supervisor will maintain overall daily responsibilities of the operations and clinical services delivered at the Outpatient Clinic- Brockton site. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and para-professionals who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions and supportive services both in community/home and office settings.

    Responsibilities include supervision, program development, hiring and evaluation of staff performance, implementation of policies and procedures, facilitation of multidisciplinary staff meetings, oversight of required documentation, and direct service to a small caseload. The Clinical Supervisor will also act as liaison with community stakeholders and Managed Care Entities and will contribute to developing programmatic policies and procedures as a member of the Outpatient Services Division’s administrative team.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    MSW, MA, or M.Ed in social work, psychology, counseling or related field required.

    Must be licensed for one of the following: LMHC, LMFT, LADCI, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist.

    A minimum of three -years supervision experience preferred.

    Must have mental health and substance use treatment experience, strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills, and excellent organizational skills.

    Must have valid driver’s license and meet Agency requirements for driving history records.

    Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese and/or Cape Verdean Creolle, and English-Required
