    Framatome Fuel Finance supports the US operation through reporting and analysis of financial results.  

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This internship position will include working with finance staff to support reporting and analysis for European and U.S. customers.  

    Required Skills Required Experience

    ALL CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.

     

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field, with at least six semesters completed by start of internship/co-op.

    • Strong academic performance
    • Strong technical problem-solving abilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Excel and SAP

    • Previous internship/co-op experience in field of study

  • Qualifications
    • Analyze the impact of changes to system functionality.
    • Analyze requirements from any source and identify impact on the solution.
    • Collaborate with the Solution Director, business stakeholders, and scrum team members to understand the solution vision and roadmap and transfer that into the solution backlog.
    • Define detailed user stories with clear business driver and relevant acceptance criteria in collaboration with Solution Director and team.
    • Verify that user stories reflect actual client problem or need.
    • Work closely with the Solution Director/product owner to create and manage the solution backlog of clearly defined and prioritized user stories.
    • Steward the requirements model in IBM Rational DOORS and extract functional requirement specifications to support business process requirements using Rational Publishing Engine.
    • Perform analysis on client requests for compliance with INVEST, of impact on solution, and of duplication of existing backlog items.
    • Provide subject matter expertise on reporting and metrics for development of documentation, support Information Development in documenting new features and fixes.
    • Provide subject matter expertise to the implementation team, client satisfaction, client support, and other non-Innovations teams, including training on new functionality.
    • Assist with development work during sprints, including clarification of ambiguities, test case definition and testing, and, if skills allow, coding tasks.
    • Evangelize the agile framework within the organization.
