TEAM MEMBER/SHIFT LEADER SKILLS
Seeking applicants with:
*Prior guest service experience
*Ability to lead and train others
*Prior restaurant experience
*Open availability preferred
*Positive team players, happy, guest service personalities- ability to remain calm under pressure.
*Reliable transportation and attendance record
*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
*Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
*Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant.
*Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Eagerness to develop your work ethic and receive coaching. Desire to serve others and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to our guests. As a team member at Gandolfo's, you will be cross-trained in all team member jobs. Those jobs include cashier, catering, sandwich making, food prep, cleaning, and organizing.
