Gang & Associates, LLC, in northern New Jersey and New York City, a niche law firm in the veterans’ benefits field, is adding another full-time attorney to its nationwide practice. In this role you will be representing disabled veterans and their survivors in all compensation claims nationwide before the Regional Offices, Board of Veterans Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. One of the following criteria must apply:

• A minimum of two full-time years of experience with substantive exposure representing veterans before the Regional Offices, the Board of Veterans Appeals, or the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims; or:
• Two-years of full-time experience as an attorney for the Board of Veterans Appeals or the VA Office of General Counsel, Litigation Group VII; or
• A one-year clerkship for a Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
• Social Security Disability experience
• Federal District litigation experience

4. Be extremely organized, tech savvy, and a fast learner

5. Have a good attitude and strong work ethic

6. Ability to manage a team of power professionals
