The primary duty of the Technician Apprentice is to install, repair, and upkeep commercial doors, such as garage doors, sliding doors, and rolling steel doors. Responsibilities: • The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented • Install new commercial doors according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes • Repair and maintain existing commercial doors, including replacing broken or worn parts and adjusting door functions • Troubleshoot and diagnose door issues and provide repair recommendations • Perform routine maintenance on commercial doors, including lubrication and cleaning • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment • Keep the work area clean and organized • Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on new products and techniques • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: • We are looking for someone that has high energy and a great attitude.
