Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Garage Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing garage doors for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair garage doors according to specifications
• Read and interpret schematics for accurate installation
• Perform fixture installation, including hinges, handles, and locks
• Utilize hand tools to fabricate and assemble door components
• Lift and maneuver heavy garage door materials
• Install glass panels in garage doors if required
• Assist with cabinet installation as needed
• Apply caulking to ensure proper sealing of doors

Requirements

• Prior experience in door hanging or related field preferred
• Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics
• Ability to use hand tools effectively and work on ladders
• Capability to fabricate door components as necessary
• Strong physical ability for heavy lifting requirements
• Experience with glass installation is a plus
• Knowledge of cabinet installation techniques is beneficial
• Skill in caulking applications for door sealing purposes

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
