About the Role As an Epoxy Flooring Installer, you will prepare, mix, and apply epoxy coatings to residential garage floors. You’ll work with grinders, vacuums, mixing equipment, and professional-grade epoxy systems to deliver durable, seamless, and visually stunning finishes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing top-tier results.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, patching, and crack repair

Mix epoxy materials according to manufacturer specifications

Apply epoxy coatings using rollers, squeegees, and broadcast techniques

Ensure smooth, consistent, bubble-free finishes

Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness

Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE

Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Document materials used and job progress

Assist with other garage organization installations as needed

Qualifications

Experience in epoxy flooring, concrete work, painting, or related trades preferred

Ability to operate grinders, vacuums, and mixing equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Must be comfortable working in residential environments
