Carbon Concrete Coatings is a fast-growing South Florida company specializing in high-end garage floor coating systems using industrial epoxy and polyaspartic coatings.

We focus on quality installations, great customer service, and professional crews. Our goal is to build one of the top coating companies in South Florida.

We are currently looking for a skilled installer who wants to grow into a Lead Installer role and run their own crew.

The Role

This position starts by working alongside our experienced crew installing residential garage floor coating systems.

You will learn our installation process and gradually take on more responsibility with the goal of becoming a Lead Installer running jobs independently.

This is not a general labor job — we are looking for someone with construction or flooring experience who wants to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

Concrete grinding and surface preparation

Mixing and applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings

Broadcasting decorative flake systems

Installing clear topcoats

Loading and organizing equipment and materials

Maintaining clean and professional job sites

Communicating with customers on-site

Experience We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates have experience in one of these areas:

concrete polishing

decorative concrete

flooring installation

tile or stone installation

epoxy coatings

construction trades

Experience with concrete grinders or surface prep equipment is a big plus.

You must also:

have a valid driver's license

be reliable and punctual

be comfortable working in residential homes

take pride in craftsmanship and clean work

Compensation

Pay is based on production / job completion, which allows strong installers to earn significantly more than hourly positions.

Typical earnings:

$70K–$100K+ for experienced installers

Paid per job / production

Bonus opportunities for high-quality work and customer reviews

Top installers earn more as they move into Lead Installer roles and manage crews.

Schedule

Most installations occur Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work depending on scheduling.

Work is steady and growing as the company expands.
