We are looking for someone to assist the Project Manager and the Customer Service Department with the day-to-day operations from May - October. Position : To assist the project manager by becoming familiar with upcoming projects, assign projects to an installation team, prepare necessary documentation for crew, confirm information with homeowner and oversee production of project. An intern must be friendly, confident, customer service minded and adapt quickly to changes. An intern must be detailed and organized. Internship Description: To work in a business setting to develop your skills in the area of project management and administrative support. This will include but not be limited to assisting with; - Call, schedule, email, and enter in dates for upcoming projects - Pull project folders for following week - Assist with reviewing upcoming projects - Assist with pre-project call and/or email to clients - Assemble installation crew folders for upcoming week - Assist with monitoring current projects daily - Monitor and review crew hours through Labor Sync & Teletrak - Organize and compile cost analysis paperwork - Assist with calling and answering customer's phone calls - Assist with filing folders We look forward to hearing from you.
