    Garage Kings is the leader in commercial flooring and we’re looking for a motivated and driven individual to step into this dynamic role.

    An Administrative Scheduling Assistant role includes, but is not limited to:

    Greeting visitors with a happy demeanor

    Pre-Sales qualification phone calls and emails

    Scheduling and coordinating appointments

    Preparing communications to go out to staff and customers

    Create and organize instructional / operational documents

    Maintaining a clean and safe office facility

    Goals to achieve

    At 30 days you will have met all the department heads and shadowed your mentor

    At 60 days you’ll have reviewed all operating manuals and completed internal training

    At 90 days you’ll have established yourself and maintain consistent performance
